1. Introduction

Welcome to Club NTW.

 

These Terms & Conditions govern your monthly membership subscription and participation in Club NTW events and services. By subscribing to Club NTW, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

​

Membership benefits include:

​

• Access to all Club NTW Sundowners

• Access to all Club NTW Industry Mixers

• 50% discount on all Club NTW Members Dinners

​

Membership benefits are non-transferable and available only to active paying members.

​

3. Cancellation

​

Members may cancel their membership at any time.

​

Upon cancellation:

​

• Future recurring payments will stop

• The member’s profile will be removed from the Club NTW app

• Access to all future Club NTW events and member benefits will end immediately upon cancellation

​

No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused periods of membership.

​

5. Events & Access

​

Club NTW reserves the right to:

​

• Modify event schedules, locations, or formats

• Refuse entry to any event where necessary

• Cancel or postpone events due to circumstances outside of its control

​

Membership does not guarantee entry where events have limited capacity.

​

6. Member Conduct

​

All members are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at Club NTW events and within the Club NTW community.

Club NTW reserves the right to terminate any membership without refund if a member engages in inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour.

7. Changes to Membership or Pricing

​

Club NTW may update membership pricing, benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any material changes.

8. Liability

​

Club NTW shall not be liable for:

​

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Personal belongings lost or damaged at events

• Event cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

Members attend events at their own risk.

​

9. Privacy

​

By joining Club NTW, members consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary for membership administration, event management, and payment processing.
